I buy a licence fee each year - as I have to. It pays for good things and bad things like Eastenders.I pay taxes each year. It pays for good things like redistribution and bad things like ineffective public health warnings.
Imagine the money we could save if in Eastenders the frequent visitors to Max's hospital bed visibly wore teh anti MRSA hand gel rather than visibly walked past the warning signs.
BBC: must do better.
